Our policy is geared towards developing and improving local indigenous capacity building in the Nigerian with a view to enabling Nigerians take active participation in order to improve the growth and development of the Nigerian economy. GOSHENBASE Local Content Policy is to recruit suitably qualified Nigerians with emphasis on youth in all operations where requisite resources are available locally without compromise to quality, technical integrity and operational effectiveness. The entire work force presently consists of 100% Nigerians.

GOSHEN BASE policy statement for local content Implementation is;

1. To establish optimum degree of Nigerian content without compromising its objectives of operational effectiveness.
2. To Train local and other staff during execution of projects, so that future projects could attain higher levels of Nigerians participation & improvement.
3. To expose our staff to new technologies through on the job or overseas training as applied in the industry.
4. Ensure that expatriate technical partners are disposed to working harmoniously with locals and sub-contractors through cultural education initiatives to embrace transfer of technology and to reap all rewards that mutual understanding and respect bestow.

GOSHENBASE focuses on training the work force as a trained worker is an invaluable asset; hence employees are encouraged to take full advantage of this gesture to developing and improving on their knowledge and safety awareness. The level of training depends on the type of task and level of supervision required. This is aimed at acquainting the worker with the work processes, necessary skills and behavioral attitude requirement.
